~~Slow-Cooker Recipes~~ 


1 can golden mushroom soup
1 pkg. onion mushroom soup mix
1 lb. round steak
Hot cooked egg noodles
Season steak with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Brown in skillet. Put steak in slow cooker. Mix onion soup mix with water and add cream of mushroom until well mixed. Pour over steak and cook on low, 6 - 8 hours or until meat is tender. Serve over egg noodles.

1½ lbs. round steak
½ medium onion
2 carrots, chopped
1 rib celery, chopped
14½ oz. can diced tomatoes
Cut steak into serving size pieces. Season with your favorite seasonings. Brown in skillet. Add to slow cooker. Put rest of ingredients on top of steak. Cover. Cook on low 8 - 10 hours. Serve over rice.

1 lb. round steak
Salt
Pepper
14½ oz. can Italian-style stewed tomatoes, undrained
1 small can Italian-style tomato paste
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
16 oz. pkg. frozen pepper stir-fry vegetables
Sprinkle meat with salt and pepper. Brown meat on both sides. Transfer to slow-cooker. In a bowl mix together rest of ing. except stir fry and pour over meat. Put stir-fry on top and cook on low for 10 - 12 hours or on high for 5 - 6 hours or until meat and vegetables are tender.




1 lb. ground beef
1/4 cup diced onions
1/4 cup diced green peppers
1 pint taco sauce
1 can refried beans
1 can cream of mushroom
1 pkg. taco seasoning
Salt to taste
2 cups cheddar cheese
Tortilla chips
Lettuce
Chopped tomatoes
Sour Cream
Brown ground beef, onions, and green peppers in saucepan. Drain. Combine all ingredients except tortilla chips, lettuce, tomatoes, and sour cream in slow cooker. Cover. Cook on high 1 hour until cheese is fully melted. Pour into serving bowl and serve immediately with chips, lettuce, tomatoes, and sour cream, or turn to low to keep warm and serve from cooker.

6 - 8 lean pork chops, 1 in. thick
½ cup flour
1 Tablespoon salt
1½ teaspoon dry mustard
½ teaspoon garlic powder
2 Tablespoon oil
2 cans chicken and rice soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Mix dry ingredients. Roll pork chops in flour mixture. Brown pork chops in oil. Place in slow cooker. Pour soups over pork chops. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or cook on high for 3½ hours.

Sprinkle chicken breasts with garlic powder. Place chicken in crockpot. Mix all three cans of soup together and pour on top of chicken. (you really don't have to mix them if you don't want to) Cook on low all day (6 hours minimum). Serve over rice or noodles.
